Introduction
OK Team organizes and develops “Outdoor” (outside) and “Indoor” (inside) activities, based on experiential learning and in a safe environment. “The Heart of a successful organization is a team whose members fully understand and trust each other.”
With this work methodology, the group is placed outside its daily work environment, where it will be encouraged and it will learn how to perform in teams through different games with high educational content.
Facing these challenges together in a safe environment of mutual support gives meaning to the experience of making the team reach a level of trust and, at the same time, commitment both between team members and toward the objective they wish to achieve, thus improving their individual and group performance.
CHAMPIONS TOURNAMENT
An extraordinary day that is perfect to achieve objectives such as the union, loyalty, and motivation of the members of the company. Different team games with a high component of active communication and interaction with the environment. The team will show its capabilities in extremely fun and surprising competitions such as “Human Foosball”, “Naval Battle”, “The Stevie Wonder Circuit”, “The Escape”, “Archery”, etc. This activity is highly recommended for different occasions such as celebrations, integration, and incentives.

Adventure and Team Building activities promote team work in a dynamic and enjoyable way, and they can be carried out anywhere in Spain.
SPORTS CHALLENGE
Purely recreational day. It is a purely active experience, without the need of having a specific physical training, and with the possibility to choose activities according to group objectives and characteristics. Archery, Slalom Skiing, Dodgeball, Team Volley, Carbine Shooting, Javalots, etc.
Minimum recommended: 12 people
THE INCREDIBLE CRAZY GAMES
Animation program and thematic tests will make you help our Incredibles to defeat and beat the Bad Guy. You will be separated into various teams and your team has to compete with the others in order be the heroes of the day! These funny and entertaining exercises are very effective in terms of communication within the group, organization, leadership, strategies and effectiveness. Don’t forget that the goal is not to win but to make the others lose…

MEDIEVAL ADVENTURE
"MEDIEVAL ADVENTURE" is a treasure hunt in the old gothic town of Barcelona. You will receive a mission and instructions to follow, which will show your capacities of communication, interactivity, cooperation and planning. You will need to designate rules and prove your team spirit. Our instructors will coordinate the groups and will introduce you into the secrets of Barcelona’s history.

THE COUNT’S MYSTERY
Animation Program and Movie-related Activities. The Count’s wedding is in jeopardy due to infidelity. Who could be the father of the Countess' unborn child? Every guest in the Royal Wedding will be part of a different team, and they will try to solve the mystery. Recreational Gymkhana, with very fun exercises where each group will face challenges that will test their ability to designate roles, delegate, integrate, and make decisions in a relaxed and happy environment.

LIGHT, CAMERA, ACTION! (TEAM FILMING)
“During the learning process we remember 20% of what we hear and 80% of what we experience” This activity is the perfect resource to be able to experience the attitudes each member develops at work every day. They are assisted by Monitors who specialize in Theatre, Musical, and Role Playing Techniques; participants can create their own play, produce, direct and act in their own TV spots, and recreate difficult, pleasant, educational, or simply recreational situations in a Dramatization or Filming experience.

JUEGOS ACUÁTICOS
Juegos acuáticos:
Juegos de verano, ideal para los días de calor. Los equipos han de derrotar al adversario dentro del agua. Divertidísima serie de actividades lúdicas dentro de la piscina.
Supervisado y coordinado por monitores y coaches, los equipos deberán emplear sus habilidades de trabajo en equipo y comunicación en estos juegos y desafíos que facilitan las relaciones y crean equipos totalmente inter-activos.
Una jornada adecuada para lograr objetivos de integración, fidelización y motivación de los integrantes de la empresa, mediante juegos como: "el viaje de Popeye, Piratas al agua, Team waterpolo, carrera de barcos", etc.

VELÁZQUEZ’S CHALLENGE
Program of indoor activities; it is perfect for groups that wish to participate in activities that do not demand too much energy. Experimental and practical learning methodology. Development of skills and capabilities that are related to Brainstorming, Integration, Leadership, Conflict Resolution, etc. through exercises such as “Velázquez’s Challenge”, “The Bridge under Construction”, “Sudoku Time”, “OK Show: Team Quiz”, “The Pictionary Team Presents”, “Creative Workshops”, and “The Millionaire Club” that teams can choose according to their needs and objectives.

GOURMET CLUB / SHOW COOKING
Gastronomic recreational activities: The main aspect of this activity is the elaboration of different menus and its presentation. With the help and advices of our professional chef you are invited to cook regional Spanish food, which you will taste and value by yourself later on. You will appreciate this opportunity to learn about Spanish gastronomy in a funny and unforgettable way.

LA RUTA DEL VINO
If wine tasting is your passion, Spain is surely the country for you. Do you simply drink wine, or do you taste wine? Anyone can drink wine, but it takes practice to be able to recognize and distinguish a wine's characteristics. This activity includes a practice course about combining wines and Catalan cheeses, where you will learn to harmonize both products for an excellent result. You will have professional help and turn into a real conaisseur.
