El Enigma del Born with Unilabs: Team Building in the Gothic Quarter and El Born

REPORTAJE FOTOGRÁFICO

Team building Barcelona with Unilabs: a fantastic activity with an international group full of energy and enthusiasm. They came together to discover Barcelona as a team, and we took them through the city with El Enigma del Born, our team building gymkhana through two of its most emblematic areas, the Gothic Quarter and El Born.

Team building Barcelona through the Gothic Quarter and El Born

The Gothic Quarter and El Born are the historic heart of Barcelona, full of narrow streets, hidden squares and centuries of stories. They are the perfect setting for a team building Barcelona activity that mixes sightseeing, culture and teamwork. Instead of simply walking past these places, the Unilabs team had to explore them, look closely and think.

Solving enigmas as a team

During the activity, the teams had to resolve enigmas, find historical and cultural facts, and above all do it together. Every clue led them a little deeper into the neighbourhood, and every answer depended on the whole group sharing ideas, dividing tasks and making decisions quickly.

An international group makes it even more interesting. Different backgrounds and points of view meant that people noticed different details, and that is exactly what makes a team stronger.

Why choose El Enigma del Born for your corporate event?

El Enigma del Born is a great option for companies that want to combine team building with a real experience of the city:

  • A walk through two iconic areas of Barcelona: the Gothic Quarter and El Born.
  • Enigmas, historical facts and cultural challenges that keep everyone involved.
  • Teamwork at the centre, because no group can solve it without communication and collaboration.
  • A perfect activity for international teams, visitors and new colleagues who want to discover Barcelona together.

Team skills in action

Every enigma is a chance to see how a group really works. During the activity, these fundamental team skills are put to the test:

  • Communication: clues and ideas only help if they are shared clearly.
  • Collaboration: each person notices something different, and the team moves forward when everyone contributes.
  • Problem solving: the group has to analyse the clues, decide and act together.
  • Leadership: roles appear naturally and anyone can take the initiative.

That is why team building in Barcelona is such an effective way to strengthen relationships inside a company. Sharing a challenge outside the office helps colleagues get to know each other better and return to work with more confidence as a team.

Every company is different, so every team building Barcelona proposal we create is adapted to the group, the space and the language. From a walk through the old town like this one to an indoor Cluedo, our goal is always the same: an experience that gets people talking, laughing and working together.

A group with great energy and enthusiasm

It was a pleasure to run this activity with such an enthusiastic group. Their energy from start to finish, and the way they supported each other along the route, made it a really special afternoon. Thank you again to Unilabs for trusting us. We hope to see you again very soon!
