El Objetivo: Conexión, Coordinación y Diversión

El reto que nos plantearon era muy claro: crear un entorno donde los compañeros de trabajo pudieran estrechar lazos, colaborar y desconectar de la rutina. Sabíamos exactamente qué hacer. OKTEAM puso en marcha nuestra divertida Gincana Pirata, con el impresionante y soleado Parc de Terramar como telón de fondo.

Al Abordaje: Superando los Retos Piratas

Diseñamos un itinerario dinámico repleto de actividades de equipo en el que los grupos se enfrentaron a una serie de retos temáticos a medida. La jornada estaba pensada para poner a prueba diferentes habilidades, pasando de pruebas que requerían pensar de forma creativa para resolver misterios, hasta desafíos físicos que exigían una total coordinación grupal para «conseguir el tesoro».

El espíritu competitivo estaba por las nubes, pero el compañerismo lo estaba aún más. Ver a los grupos trazar estrategias y animarse mutuamente fue un recordatorio brillante de por qué nos apasiona nuestro trabajo.

La Magia del Verdadero Teambuilding

Al final, fue un día verdaderamente memorable para todos los asistentes. El personal de IQVIA demostró a la perfección la verdadera esencia del teambuilding: comunicarse de forma efectiva, romper las barreras entre departamentos y apoyarse mutuamente para lograr un objetivo común. Los triunfos compartidos, la magia del lugar y las constantes risas resonando por el parque fueron, sin duda, un regalo muy especial.

After a long period of only interacting through screens and video calls, the Ecosio team travelled to the beautiful coastal town of Sitges. Their goal? To step away from their desks, break the ice all over again, and focus on team cohesion.

The Perfect Antidote to Virtual Meetings

When it comes to planning impactful corporate activities for remote teams, the focus must be on shared experiences. To help them bond, we organised our popular Discovering Sitges activity.

To add a fantastic layer of friendly rivalry, we decided to divide the group into two classic factions: Boys vs. Girls!

From the very first challenge, both teams showed incredible determination and enthusiasm. Instead of talking about project deadlines, the team spent their afternoon:

• Laughing and jumping their way through our interactive challenges.
• Discovering hidden gems and learning fascinating historical and cultural facts about Sitges.
• Building genuine rapport and displaying the true essence of teambuilding outside the virtual office.

A Battle of Wits and Energy

The energy remained sky-high throughout the day, and we had an absolute blast watching both groups navigate the streets, solve enigmas, and tackle the games. Both sides gave it their all, but in the end, there could only be one champion.

A massive congratulations to the Women’s Team for taking home the well-deserved victory!

Recently, we had the absolute pleasure of hosting the fantastic team from MSXI. They travelled to Sitges for a series of corporate meetings but wisely decided to step away from their screens and dive into our Discovering Sitges activity.

High Energy on a Cloudy Day

While the weather gave us a rather cloudy Catalan afternoon, the MSXI team completely brought their own sunshine! From the moment they arrived, their energy and enthusiasm were infectious, setting the perfect tone for a highly engaging teambuilding experience.

Culture, History, and a Touch of Competition

To get things started, we divided the group into three competitive yet highly collaborative teams. The mission was to navigate the charming, winding streets of Sitges, uncovering its rich historical and cultural secrets along the way.

The absolute highlight of the day was the photorally. To complete their challenges, the teams had to step out of their comfort zones and interact directly with the locals. This created some truly memorable moments, resulting in:

• Hilarious interactions: Breaking the ice with Sitges residents to capture the perfect, creative photo.
• Out-of-the-box thinking: Finding unique ways to interpret the clues and outsmart the other teams.
• Pure team spirit: Bonding over shared laughter and a break from the standard corporate routine.

This kind of immersive experience is exactly what makes our corporate activities so valuable. It is not just about seeing a new place; it is about genuinely connecting with it, and more importantly, with each other.

A Graceful Victory

As with all our challenges, the competition was fierce. All three teams put in a spectacular effort, but at the end of the day, there can only be one winner. The victorious team claimed their title with absolute grace, rounding off a brilliant afternoon of team bonding.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting a fantastic group from Knockbeg College, a school from Ireland who travelled over to experience the culture of Catalonia.

Instead of a standard walking tour, the school wanted their students to discover Tarragona in a unique and engaging way. So, they swapped the classroom for the ancient streets and became detectives for the day.

A Surprise Start

The day kicked off with our immersive presentation, where we set the scene for the students. As we explained the details of the «crime» and presented the lineup of suspects, the reaction was brilliant. It was a moment full of surprise and laughter that broke the ice immediately and got the boys ready for the challenge ahead.

Learning Through Play

Once the teams were split, the race was on! The group navigated the landmarks of Tarragona to solve riddles, crack puzzles, and complete photo challenges. Their goal was to earn vital clues to deduce who committed the crime, where it happened, and with what weapon.

It wasn’t just about the game, however. throughout the activity, our specialised monitors accompanied the groups, weaving in fascinating historical and cultural facts about Tarragona’s Roman heritage.

Serious Detectives

We were thoroughly impressed by the attitude of the students. The boys showed real enthusiasm and took the game very seriously, balancing the fun of the competition with a genuine interest in their surroundings.

Ultimately, there can only be one winner. After a fierce investigation, glory went to the White Team!

When a company has offices and talent spread across the globe, bringing everyone together is about more than just strategy meetings; it is about connection.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting Dasseti in Barcelona for a high-energy construction team activity. With a team flying in from all over the world, the goal was clear: break up the long hours of meetings, shake off the jet lag, and build real team cohesion under the Spanish sun.

From Icebreakers to Engineering

The session kicked off with our classic icebreakers to get the energy moving and the barriers down. Once the groups were formed, the real work began.

The teams faced off in a variety of construction challenges designed to test communication and creativity. From building bridges and forming giant words to the highlight of the day—constructing working catapults—the objective was always to come together to solve the problem.

«The Most Important Thing is Not Winning…»

What we loved most about the Dasseti group was their sheer competitiveness! Each team developed their own unique «technique» for success. We saw it all: negotiation skills, begging the judges for extra points, and perhaps even a slight bit of creative cheating.

It proved that the group had truly embraced the spirit of the day. As the old saying goes (or at least, as this group played by): «The most important thing is not winning, but making sure the other team loses.»

No hay mejor manera de celebrar una fecha tan señalada que rodeado de tus seres queridos y bajo el sol de nuestra ciudad.

Este pasado sábado tuvimos el enorme placer de recibir a los maravillosos Carlota y Nacho, que querían celebrar su 60 cumpleaños de una forma memorable. En una soleada mañana en Barcelona, consiguieron reunir a toda la familia —tíos, primos, sobrinos y todos los demás— para vivir juntos una aventura urbana única.

Turistas en su Propia Ciudad

Dividimos al grupo en dos equipos llenos de energía, listos para enfrentarse a los retos, enigmas y puzles de nuestra actividad interactiva.

Lo más gratificante de este evento fue el factor «redescubrimiento». Aunque Carlota, Nacho y su familia son de aquí, el juego demostró que uno nunca conoce del todo la ciudad en la que vive hasta que mira con otros ojos. Mientras recorrían las callejuelas del Gótico y el Born funcionando como una máquina bien engrasada, descubrieron historias ocultas y curiosidades que a menudo pasan desapercibidas incluso para los barceloneses de toda la vida.

Un Desafío Intergeneracional

Fue fantástico ver cómo se mezclaban las generaciones; la energía de los primos combinada con la experiencia de los tíos creó la dinámica de equipo perfecta.

Ambos equipos lo dieron todo, compitiendo contra el reloj y entre ellos. Sin embargo, en toda competición debe haber un ganador. Tras una reñida batalla de ingenio, ¡el Equipo Amarillo se alzó con la victoria!

Muchísimas gracias, Carlota y Nacho, por confiar en OKTEAM para una ocasión familiar tan especial. Fue un honor ayudaros a celebrar los 60 con tanta alegría y energía.

Encontrar la actividad en familia perfecta que enganche a todos —desde los primos más jóvenes hasta los abuelos— a menudo puede ser un reto. Pero este pasado domingo, tuvimos el inmenso placer de recibir a Anna y a su maravillosa familia para un día lleno de misterio, risas y unión en Sitges.

En lugar de conformarse con la típica comida de domingo, Anna decidió optar por algo diferente: ¡acción! Eligieron nuestra experiencia interactiva CSI Sitges, transformando una tarde tranquila de fin de semana en una emocionante investigación de «quién lo hizo».

Una Misión para Toda la Familia

La premisa era sencilla, pero el desafío era real. La familia se dividió en bandos y la misión estaba clara: resolver el crimen.

Siempre es fantástico ver cómo se transforma un día familiar cuando añades un poco de competición amistosa. Desde el momento en que el reloj empezó a correr, los equipos mostraron un entusiasmo increíble. Vimos a padres escuchando atentamente las teorías de los adolescentes y a hermanos trabajando codo con codo para descifrar códigos. Fue una demostración brillante de cómo una actividad interactiva puede unir a la familia de una forma nueva y divertida.

Y el ganador es…

Ambos grupos recorrieron las calles de Sitges con determinación y ojo avizor, demostrando que en esta familia hay madera de detectives. Aunque todos lograron resolver el misterio, ¡solo puede haber un campeón!

Recientemente tuvimos el placer de recibir a Xavier y a su grupo de amigos en la hermosa localidad de Sitges. ¿Qué sucede cuando mezclas un día soleado, un grupo con ganas de pasarlo bien y una actividad organizada por OKTEAM? ¡El éxito está garantizado!

Cuando pensamos en actividades para grupos de amigos, a menudo buscamos algo que vaya más allá de una simple comida o cena. Buscamos una experiencia que nos conecte, especialmente cuando, como en el caso de Xavier, los amigos vienen de diferentes puntos de España para reunirse.

Más que turismo: Una Aventura de 2,5 Horas

El objetivo de este grupo de particulares era claro: disfrutar juntos y hacer algo diferente. Durante dos horas y media, las calles de Sitges se convirtieron en su tablero de juego.

Lejos de ser una visita guiada tradicional, el grupo se sumergió en una gincana cultural donde tuvieron que:

• Resolver acertijos ingeniosos.
• Descubrir la historia oculta y los rincones más emblemáticos de Sitges.
• Y, por supuesto, no parar de reír.

Es la opción ideal para reuniones de amigos o despedidas que buscan un ocio activo y de calidad, combinando el descubrimiento cultural con la pura diversión.

Competitividad Sana y Muchas Risas

Desde el pitido inicial, los equipos estaban «ready to rock and roll». La energía era contagiosa y ambos bandos se tomaron el desafío muy en serio, demostrando que, incluso entre amigos, ¡a nadie le gusta perder!

Vimos estrategias, carreras y mucha complicidad. Aunque ambos equipos lo hicieron de maravilla y merecían el podio, en este tipo de juegos para grupos solo puede haber un ganador… ¡Enhorabuena al Equipo Blanco por alzarse con la victoria final!

Fue un placer organizar esta experiencia privada para Xavier y sus amigos. Nos demostraron que la distancia no importa cuando hay ganas de compartir momentos únicos.

When organising corporate activities for diverse teams, the goal is always to blend fun with genuine connection. For this event, we welcomed a small but dynamic international group who arrived ready to put their detective skills to the test and take on one of our most popular challenges: solving the Crime of Torquemada.

A Mission of Mystery and Discovery

This wasn’t your standard walk in the park. The Eaton team was tasked with a high-stakes investigation that required sharp wits and even sharper eyes. As the game unfolded, the streets of Barcelona transformed into a giant game board.

To succeed, the group had to master several key disciplines:

• Map Reading: Navigating the winding streets of the Gothic Quarter.
• Enigma Resolution: Cracking complex codes and puzzles.
• The Photorally: capturing creative evidence and iconic spots along the route.

Small Group, Big Impact

One of the greatest advantages of hosting a smaller international group is the level of engagement it fosters. In a large crowd, it is easy to take a backseat, but with this Eaton team, everyone had to step up.

Every participant played a pivotal role in the investigation. We saw natural leaders emerge during the map reading, creative minds shine during the photorally, and analytical thinkers take charge of the enigmas. It was a perfect display of the true essence of teambuilding: leveraging individual strengths to achieve a common goal.

Discovering Barcelona Together

Beyond the puzzles and the competition, the activity allowed the team to discover the rich history and hidden corners of Barcelona in a way that a standard tour simply cannot offer. They weren’t just observing the city; they were interacting with it.

We want to say a massive «Well Done» to the Eaton team for successfully resolving the crime! It was a joy to watch you work together, cross borders, and solve the mystery with such enthusiasm.

No hay mejor manera de poner el broche de oro a una intensa etapa de trabajo que saliendo de la sala de reuniones y pasando a la acción. Recientemente, tuvimos el placer de colaborar con BayWa r.e. Solar Systems, S.L.U. para llevar a cabo su actividad de teambuilding en Barcelona, ofreciendo a su plantilla la oportunidad de reunirse, construir y conectar en un entorno diferente.

La receta para el éxito corporativo

El objetivo principal del evento era ofrecer la desconexión perfecta tras sus reuniones internas. Sin embargo, un buen trabajo en equipo no consiste solo en relajarse, sino en interactuar con los compañeros de formas nuevas y creativas. La premisa para este evento de empresa fue sencilla pero estimulante: construir, crear y jugar.

Desde el primer momento, el ambiente fue inmejorable. Fue inspirador ver cómo todo el equipo se volcó en el desafío. Ya fuera en la planificación estratégica o en el montaje práctico, cada participante jugó a favor de sus fortalezas individuales para sumar al grupo. Ellos trajeron la energía positiva y, combinada con nuestra actividad, se convirtió en la receta perfecta para el éxito.

La emoción de la competición

Ninguna actividad de teambuilding está completa sin un poco de sana rivalidad. La competición se mantuvo reñida hasta el último segundo. En un final de infarto, la jornada terminó en un empate técnico, con el equipo Azul y el equipo Blanco compartiendo la gloria. Fue un cierre perfecto, viendo cómo ambos grupos se llevaban la victoria y el premio a casa.
