WHAT WE DO
“We learn 10% of what we read; 30% of what we see and hear; and 80% of what we experience.”
(William Glaser)
We specialize in Adventurous Activity Programs, Group Dynamics, Games and Exercises, and Team Building.
In the last few years, their application has been expanded to every business level given the results obtained in personal relationships, and today they are used as a usual activity for the solution of conflicts or the improvement of work teams.
These activities are the perfect complement for corporate meetings, conventions, and incentive trips. Outdoor training is the result of a growing demand for the development of corporate training activities in large companies; it involves playing team games that are highly educational and show how a work team interacts, which allows people to analyze their performance and coordination capabilities.
Activities are organized and defined in accordance with the characteristics of the team members (age, gender, type of company, values and capabilities to be developed, etc.).
During these activities, different behaviors, which in other circumstances would be difficult to observe, come to the surface spontaneously. Assigning tasks encourages leadership skills based on the team’s trust and unity toward a common objective
.
HOW WE DO IT
a) Motivation, Enjoyment, and Learning
“Time flies when you’re having fun. I haven’t worked a single day of my life, it's all been fun”
(Thomas Alva Edison)
The use of traditional methods for professional training is a common practice in the business world. In many circumstances, we see that learning processes take place in a room, where people are sitting down and trying to pay attention to the speaker.
Our proposal is based on the proven concept that states that fun, entertainment, and physical activity are the foundation for acquiring new knowledge.
Our Consulting Company will provide you with the necessary resources to help you create the right environment in order to achieve your objectives.
Exercises affect people not only intellectually, but also physically and emotionally, and after much serious reflection each individual is able to identify his/her own developed skills and put them into practice on a daily basis. We will work on orientation to results, communication, energy, commitment, initiative, team work, identifying synergies, and management under pressure, among others.
This strategy combines free time, adventure, and enjoyment to meet a company’s challenges, which substantially improves employees’ loyalty and motivation.
“Fun integrates and involves everyone in the process. The team that plays together stays together”
(Gail Howerton)
b) Five phases
In order to be implemented, we have created a System that consists of a series of stages or phases for the execution of an Activities Program.
Phase 1: Listening
¿What is the purpose of the meeting? What capabilities do you need to strengthen or what kind of deficiencies do you think we need to work on? How many people are planning to attend? Which are the dates?
We will listen carefully to understand your needs.
Phase 2: Thinking
Our Consulting and Production Departments work together to create a solution to meet your objectives. We consider aspects like where, how, for what purpose, with what activities, etc.
Phase 3: Suggesting and Sharing
Our Production Department prepares a proposal for the solution that includes the place, dates, type of activities, and budget. Then we present it to you for confirmation.
Phase 4: Organizing and Directing
We will take care of all the arrangements (including booking the right place, providing all necessary resources, decorations, materials, sound and lights, staff, etc.) as well as loading, transportation, and assembly.
Phase 5: Evaluating and Presenting an Action Plan
The Consultant, apart from training the participants, acts as coach and helps them draw their own conclusions and develop the capability they are working on.
After finishing the activities, you must set up the objectives of improvement to develop them at work. Team Building proposals seem to be very simple, but a subsequent analysis offers great results when encouraging personal relationships between participants, comradeship, organizational capabilities, team work, delegation, or leadership.
