How can we achieve this objective?

By developing a Team Building structure based only on the organization’s needs and the objectives it wishes to achieve for its people and work teams.

We can meet this goal through the design of specific activities, together with the person in charge of hiring people, and through advice as regards Human Resources, which is necessary to work in advance.

OKTB is a young Company that began operations in May 2006; our team is formed by highly skilled professionals with a vast experience in the subject. It includes consultants, trainers, coaches, and experts in outdoor activities who work with great hope, enthusiasm, and a good mood, which are necessary to design and produce original, fun, and useful programs for your business needs.

The challenge is to create experiences within a playful environment so that the people involved can incorporate learning both consciously and unconsciously, developing activities so they can strongly identify themselves with the company and get a unique and irreplaceable added value.
